The purpose of this device is to maintain a constant temperature for a specific period of time. “Wet” rotor blades are wrapped in a special cloth, bagged, and subject to high vacuum. Then, the blade cures at 70deg temperature for 24 hours. The wiring harness is a mess, but it works, and it’s cheap.
